CODE OF VIRGINIA

RATE SERVICE ORGANIZATION MAY PROCURE ACTUARIAL, TECHNICAL OR OTHER SERVICES (§
38.2-2020)

Any rate service organization subject to this chapter may subscribe for or
purchase actuarial, technical or other services if these services are available
without discrimination to all members of and subscribers to the rate service
organization.
