CODE OF VIRGINIA

POLICIES SHALL CONFORM TO PROVISIONS OF THIS CHAPTER (§ 38.2-2101)

No insurance policy or contract on any property in this Commonwealth shall be
issued or delivered in this Commonwealth unless the policy or contract meets the
requirements of this chapter.
