CODE OF VIRGINIA

UNFAIR DISCRIMINATION (§ 38.2-2611)

No person shall make or permit any unfair discrimination between individuals in
the rates or fees charged for any contract, in the performance of services or
payments for services, or in any other terms or conditions of the contract.
