BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISIONS IN CONTRACT (§ 38.2-2616)

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 38.2-312, no home protection company based
in this Commonwealth shall be prohibited from including in its contract a
provision that requires the contract holder to submit to binding arbitration any
dispute between the contract holder and the home protection company.
