FINANCIAL STATEMENTS (§ 38.2-2622)

On or before June 1 of each year, each home service contract provider shall file
with the Commission audited financial statements prepared in accordance with
generally accepted accounting principles. The Commission may request
supplemental financial information to ensure a home service contract
provider’s financial stability.Investments shall be subject to the
provisions of Chapter 14 (§ 38.2-1400 et seq.) of this title.
