CANCELLATION OF REIMBURSEMENT INSURANCE POLICY (§ 38.2-2625)

As applicable, an insurer that issued a reimbursement insurance policy shall not
terminate the policy until a notice of termination in accordance with §
38.2-231 has been mailed or delivered to the Commission. The termination of a
reimbursement insurance policy shall not reduce the issuer’s
responsibility for home service contracts issued by providers prior to the date
of the termination.
