CODE OF VIRGINIA

WAITING PERIODS (§ 38.2-3452)

Notwithstanding any provision of § 38.2-3436, 38.2-4216.1, or any other section
of this title to the contrary, a health carrier offering a health benefit plan
providing group health insurance coverage shall not apply any waiting period
that exceeds 90 days.
