CODE OF VIRGINIA

INSURER TO FILE COPY OF ADVERTISEMENT WITH COMMISSION (§ 38.2-3609)

Every insurer, health service plan or health maintenance organization providing
Medicare supplement insurance or benefits in this Commonwealth shall file with
the Commission a copy of any Medicare supplement advertisement intended for use
in this Commonwealth whether through written, radio or television medium.
