CODE OF VIRGINIA

SUBSCRIBER TO HAVE FREE CHOICE OF MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS AVAILABLE (§ 38.2-4218)

A plan shall be organized and operated to assure that any subscriber shall have
free choice of the medical practitioners available and participating in the
plan.
