LICENSING OF AGENTS (§ 38.2-4224)

Subscription contracts may be solicited only through life and health insurance
agents licensed in accordance with Chapter 18 of this title. Home office
salaried officers whose principal duties and responsibilities do not include the
negotiation or solicitation of subscription contracts shall not be required to
be licensed.
