CODE OF VIRGINIA

CONTROVERSIES INVOLVING SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACTS (§ 38.2-4228)

The Commission shall have no jurisdiction to adjudicate controversies growing
out of subscription contracts. A breach of contract shall not be deemed a
violation of this chapter.
