CODE OF VIRGINIA

HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION AFFECTED BY CHAPTER (§ 38.2-4321)

Except as otherwise provided by law, no health maintenance organization shall be
operated in this Commonwealth other than in the manner set forth in this
chapter.
