CODE OF VIRGINIA

TAXATION (§ 38.2-4416)

Except as provided by § 58.1-2501 and Chapter 4 of this title, the application
fees paid by a legal services organization under this chapter shall be in lieu
of all other state and local license fees or license taxes and state income
taxes.
