REHABILITATION, LIQUIDATION, CONSERVATION (§ 38.2-4509.1)

Any rehabilitation, liquidation, or conservation of a dental or optometric plan
shall be deemed to be the rehabilitation, liquidation, or conservation of an
insurer and shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 15 of this title.
