CONTRACTS BETWEEN PARTICIPATING DENTISTS OR OPTOMETRISTS AND SUBSCRIBERS (§
38.2-4512)

Participating dentists or optometrists, acting through their agents, may enter
into contracts with subscribers to furnish specified dental or optometric
services at specified rates to a subscriber or subscriber’s members,
officers, or employees. Contracts may vary as to services and rates.
