CODE OF VIRGINIA

SURPLUS LINES INSURERS SUBJECT TO UNLICENSED INSURERS PROCESS (§ 38.2-4812)

Every insurer issuing surplus lines coverage under this chapter shall be subject
to the provisions of Article 1 (§ 38.2-800 et seq.) of Chapter 8 of this title.
