CODE OF VIRGINIA

UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES (§ 38.2-6013)

A violation of this chapter shall be considered an unfair trade practice under
Chapter 5 (§ 38.2-500 et seq.) of this title and subject to the penalties
contained in that chapter.
