CEASE AND DESIST ORDERS MAY BE ENTERED (§ 38.2-703)

If, after a hearing, the Commission finds that there has been a violation of §
38.2-700 or § 38.2-701, it may issue an order reciting its findings and
directing the insurer or director to cease and desist from the violation.
