CODE OF VIRGINIA

ANTITRUST PROVISION (§ 38.2-705)

Conduct subject to regulation, review or examination pursuant to this title
shall, in addition, be subject to the provisions of the Virginia Antitrust Act
(§ 59.1-9.1 et seq.).
