CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2018) EXEMPTION OF AUTHORITY FROM PERSONNEL AND PROCUREMENT
PROCEDURES; INFORMATION SYSTEMS (§ 4.1-101.010)

The provisions of the Virginia Personnel Act (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.) and the
Virginia Public Procurement Act (§ 2.2-4300 et seq.) shall not apply to the
Authority in the exercise of any power conferred under this title. Nor shall the
provisions of Chapter 20.1 (§ 2.2-2005 et seq.) of Title 2.2 apply to the
Authority in the exercise of any power conferred under this title.
