CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2018) LEASES OF PROPERTY (§ 4.1-101.08)

The Authority shall be exempt from the provisions of § 2.2-1149 and from any
rules, regulations, and guidelines of the Division of Engineering and Buildings
in relation to leases of real property into which it enters.
