CODE OF VIRGINIA

(EFFECTIVE UNTIL JULY 1, 2018) DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL (§
4.1-101)

The Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control is created and shall consist of the
Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and the agents and employees of the
Board.
