PURCHASES BY THE BOARD (§ 4.1-104)

The purchasing of alcoholic beverages and mixers, products used in connection
with distilled spirits intended for resale, or products licensed by the Virginia
Tourism Corporation as specified in § 4.1-103 intended for resale, the making
of leases, and the purchasing of real estate by the Board under the provisions
of this title are exempt from the Virginia Public Procurement Act (§ 2.2-4300
et seq.).
