CODE OF VIRGINIA

USE OF ALCOHOL VAPORIZING DEVICES PROHIBITED; PENALTY (§ 4.1-302.1)

A. No person shall purchase, offer for sale or use, sell or use any vaporized
form of an alcoholic beverage produced by an alcohol vaporizing device.

B. Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be guilty of a
Class 1 misdemeanor.
