DELIVERY OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO PRISONERS IN JAIL PROHIBITED; PENALTY (§
4.1-321)

No person shall deliver, or cause to be delivered, to any prisoner in any local
correctional facility, any alcoholic beverage.Any person convicted of a
violation of this section shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
