CODE OF VIRGINIA

FALSIFYING APPLICATION; PENALTY (§ 4.1-325.1)

It shall be unlawful for any applicant for a banquet or special events license
pursuant to § 4.1-209 or mixed beverage special events license pursuant to §
4.1-210 to knowingly make a false statement in order to secure a license or to
alter, change, borrow, or lend or attempt to use, borrow, or lend a license. Any
person violating this provision shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
