CERTAIN ASSIGNMENTS NOT AFFECTED (§ 40.1-33)

The two preceding sections (§§ 40.1-31, 40.1-32) shall not be construed to
apply to assignments of salaries, wages and income for the benefit of creditors
as provided for in §§ 55-161 to 55-167.
