APPEAL TO BOARD (§ 40.1-51.30)

Any owner aggrieved by a final decision of the Commissioner under § 40.1-51.28
may file a notice of appeal to the Board within fifteen days. Such notice shall
be in writing and addressed to the Commissioner.
