CODE OF VIRGINIA

PUBLIC POLICY AS TO STRIKES AND WORK STOPPAGES AT HOSPITALS (§ 40.1-54.1)

It is hereby declared to be the public policy of the Commonwealth that hospitals
shall be free from strikes, and work stoppages.
