CODE OF VIRGINIA

VACATION OR PART-TIME EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATE (§ 40.1-87)

A vacation or part-time employment certificate shall permit the employment of a
child between fourteen and sixteen years of age only during school vacation
periods or on days when school is not in session, or outside school hours on
school days.
