CODE OF VIRGINIA

ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF COMMUNICATION CENTERS AND OTHER NETWORKING
SERVICES (§ 42.1-32.6)

The Board may establish and operate or may contract for the establishment and
operation of one or more automated communication centers and other networking
services, based on a plan approved by the Board and the Governor after
consultation with the Users Board.
