CODE OF VIRGINIA

WITHDRAWAL FROM REGIONAL LIBRARY SYSTEM (§ 42.1-42)

No county or city participating in a regional library system shall withdraw
therefrom without two years’ notice to the other participating counties
and cities without the consent of such other participating political
subdivisions.
