CODE OF VIRGINIA

SERVICE OF NOTICES (§ 43-14.1)

Any notice authorized or required by this chapter, except the notice required by
§ 43-11, may be served by any sheriff or constable who shall make return of the
time and manner of service; or any such notice may be served by certified or
registered mail and a return receipt therefor shall be prima facie evidence of
receipt.
