CODE OF VIRGINIA

RELEASE OF MECHANIC’S LIEN UPON PAYMENT OR SATISFACTION (§ 43-67)

When payment or satisfaction has been made of a debt secured by a
mechanic’s lien it shall be released in the manner provided in §§
55-66.3 and 55-66.4, insofar as appropriate.
