CODE OF VIRGINIA

REPORTS TO SECRETARY OF DEFENSE (§ 44-15)

The Adjutant General shall make such returns and reports to the Secretary of
Defense, or to such officers as he may designate, at such times and in such form
as may from time to time be prescribed.
