CODE OF VIRGINIA

BONDS OF ADJUTANT GENERAL AND FISCAL CLERKS (§ 44-21)

The Adjutant General and his fiscal clerks shall each give bond, with sufficient
sureties, to be approved by the Governor, as provided by law for other state
officers.
