ORDERS TO OFFICERS AND APPOINTMENT OF RENDEZVOUS (§ 44-77)

Such orders shall be sent to such officers and in such manner as the Governor
may deem expedient, with a notification of the place of rendezvous; and the
officers to whom the orders are sent shall proceed immediately to execute the
same.
