CODE OF VIRGINIA

INCORPORATION INTO THE VIRGINIA DEFENSE FORCE (§ 44-88)

Whenever the Governor orders out the unorganized militia or any part thereof, it
shall be incorporated into the Virginia Defense Force until relieved from
service.
