TRAVEL WAYS, LOADING AND HAULAGE AREAS (§ 45.1-161.245)

The provisions of Article 7 (§ 45.1-161.275 et seq.) of Chapter 14.4 of this
title shall apply with respect to travel ways, loading, and haulage areas at the
surface of underground coal mines.
