CODE OF VIRGINIA

SCOPE OF CHAPTER (§ 45.1-161.253)

This chapter shall be applicable to the operation of any surface coal mine in
the Commonwealth, and shall supplement the provisions of Chapter 14.2 (§
45.1-161.7 et seq.).
