CODE OF VIRGINIA

RECORDS OF BOARD OF COAL MINING EXAMINERS (§ 45.1-161.26)

The Chief shall preserve in his office a record of the meetings and transactions
of the Board of Coal Mining Examiners and of all certificates issued by the
Board.
