CODE OF VIRGINIA

MINE RESCUE AND FIRST AID STATIONS (§ 45.1-161.67)

The Director is hereby authorized to purchase, equip and operate for the use of
the Department, such mine rescue and first aid stations as he may determine
necessary for the adequate provision of mine rescue and recovery services at all
mines in the Commonwealth.
