CODE OF VIRGINIA

SHORT TITLE (§ 45.1-161.7)

This chapter and Chapters 14.3 (§ 45.1-161.105 et seq.) and 14.4 (§
45.1-161.253 et seq.) of this title shall be known as the “Coal Mine
Safety Act.”
