CODE OF VIRGINIA

VIOLATIONS; PENALTIES (§ 45.1-161.94)

Any person convicted of willfully violating any provisions of this Act or any
regulation promulgated pursuant to this Act, unless otherwise specified in this
Act, shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
