CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF CHAPTER, ETC (§ 45.1-191)

Any violation of any provision of this chapter or of any order of the Director
shall be a misdemeanor punishable by a maximum fine of $ 1,000 or a maximum of 1
year in jail, or both.
