CREATION OF FUND (§ 45.1-197.8)

There is hereby created in the State Treasurer’s office a special fund to
be known as the Minerals Reclamation Fund, hereinafter referred to as the Fund,
which shall be under the supervision of the Department. The Fund shall consist
of all payments made into the Fund by operators in accordance with the
provisions of this article.
