CODE OF VIRGINIA

CREATION OF FUND (§ 45.1-270.1)

There is hereby created in the office of the State Treasurer a special fund to
be known as the Coal Surface Mining Reclamation Fund, hereinafter referred to as
the Fund, which shall be administered as set forth in this article. The Fund
shall consist of all payments made into the Fund in accordance with the
provisions of this article, as well as all interest earned on money contained in
the Fund.
