CODE OF VIRGINIA

RIGHT OF INSPECTION BY CHIEF (§ 45.1-280)

For the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, the Chief is
hereby vested with authority to inspect at reasonable times and in a reasonable
manner any area or areas for which he has received an application for a permit,
or granted a permit, for exploration activity.
