CODE OF VIRGINIA

EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS (§ 45.1-361.7)

All funds, except civil charges collected pursuant to § 45.1-361.8, collected
by or appropriated to the Department pursuant to the provisions of this chapter
shall be expended only for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this
chapter.
