IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION FOR TRESPASS (§ 45.1-389)

No criminal action for trespass shall lie against the State Geologist, or any
agent or employee of the State Geologist, on account of lawful acts done in the
performance of their duties, including entry upon the lands of any person or
persons for the purpose of performing such duties.
